Funmatics

This program will boost mathematical thinking as students are introduced to unique math topics in a new, exciting, and challenging way. Once a month, for a total of 5 months, practical techniques will be used to explore topics such as the math of spirals, understanding mazes, developing math logic, doing and learning the math behind Sudoko, and more. Once students complete their work they would email it to scientists in Israel for a review and feedback.

This program will help kids gain lifelong math skills that could be applied to daily situations.

This program will utilize the Math-by-Mail curriculum, developed by the Young @ Science department at the Weizmann Institute of Science, one of the world's leading science institutes located in Rehovot, Israel.

All classes will be held at our studio on 3rd Ave and Balboa on Sundays
